Cesar came to Canada in 2001 with his wife and two children from Colombia where he got his Degree in Dentistry which he practiced until 2000.

In 2005 Cesar received his registration as Dental Hygienist in Ontario with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.

Cesar has a true passion for his profession and cares greatly about his patients.

When not working in his profession Cesar has a high interest on practicing sports especially soccer.

Cesar is fluent in both English and Spanish.
